Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree.

At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Bench Candidates.

Working experience with direct vendors.

Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

Self-Starter, ability to work under minimal supervision

Excellent communication – English.

Good interpersonal skills.

Your tasks will be:

Proactively available on E-mail/Phone/Social Messaging.

Expertise knowledge on US Bench Sales Recruitment, vast knowledge on all terms of Taxation including
not limited to W2, 1099, C2C

At least 1 year of experience working on US IT Bench Sales

Experience with Marketing On-Bench Consultants (MUST HAVE)

Strong experience working with US Citizens/Green Card/EAD/H1 B/OPT/CPT consultants.

Experience in working with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp, Career Builders, ProHires
etc.

Should be familiar with posting requirements and generating effective leads for job opportunities for bench
consultants through social media —LinkedIn groups, Google groups, Facebook etc.

Should have a good understanding of all the contracts and paperwork that need to be signed from
Candidate and clients pre and post interviews/placement

Should co-ordinate with the interview process and all the concerned parties till the position is closed.

Must be able to reach the monthly and quarterly targets.
