Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree.

Recruiter with 1-5 years’ experience in US IT Recruitment

Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

Familiarity with HR practices

Excellent communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of US employment law and legislation.

Your tasks will be:

Good knowledge of working with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.

Adequate experience working with vendors

Sound knowledge of different tax types (CTC/1099/W2)

Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Scheduling interviews and serving as the first point of contact for all the candidates at all levels.

Build a resume database for recruitment.

Good understanding of US Tax terms like H1B, C2C, and W2. Exp. working for direct client and VMS
model. Exp. working with Citizens and green card holders.

Thorough understanding of various IT/Non-IT terminologies

Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.

Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT &
Non-IT requirements

Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Good interpersonal and team coordination skill Proactive, selfdriven and quick learner
