Description

We are looking for a Sales Recruiter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage a pipeline of inbound applicants and identify talent
  • Learn and explain the services provided by the company effectively to potential candidates and conduct fast-paced, high-volume recruitment
  • Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure the hiring process moves forward and monthly goals are met
  • Utilize telephone and email for timely and responsive candidate communication with a large section of the workday spent on the telephone
  • Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, to find new talent
  • Work with business partners such as HR and Training to gather feedback and make improvements after each training batch
  • Track pipeline candidates and activities regularly and share the feedback with the internal stakeholders
  • Research and provide suggestions on new sourcing channels to increase the candidate pool
  • Promote the company to candidates with enthusiasm, passion, and authenticity
  • Screen resumes and interviews candidates to determine fit

Job Qualifications Knowledge Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Organizational skills required to prioritize work in a competitive work environment
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Microsoft Office preferred
