Description
Cyber Chasse is hiring a PLM developer who will actively identify, analyze, implement and design enhanced PLM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand the existing architecture, current Business processes, problems and constraints
- Problem- solve to find solutions and make the current system stable for the long term and scalable without impacting current features and performance
- Critically review proposed solutions and document current/ new architecture and solutions
- Work as part of the core team responsible for PLM designing
- Construct work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards
- Ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review
- Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
- Develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- Provide support for critical business processes in the module/s assigned
- Coordinate and assign work between onsite and offshore team members based on the new/open issues for timely and successful closure
- Document new learning’s and processes and internally sharing those with the team members for their development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
- Excellent organizing and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to define and communicate tasks with team members and successfully drive a project to its completion
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system problems with little supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills and a positive, goal-oriented attitude desired
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write and maintain streamlined, effective technical and program documentation
- Ability to work closely with stakeholder teams to analyze and recommend functional optimizations and solutions
