Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a team of SFDC experts and will be responsible for the overall design and interface of the salesforce environment. Candidates will require prior experience or equivalent education in programming languages such as C+ or Java. Also, Candidates will be responsible for leading implementation projects and integration with external API’s and; collaborate with clients, project teams as well as working from proposal development to deployment and support.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, code, test, and debug complex new software, enhancements to existing proprietary software or purchased software packages on salesforce.com platform
  • Ability to integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications
  • Coordinate and communicate with all departments to understand their business processes; customize and configure systems accordingly
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes
  • Provide technical support to ensure that the application is effectively implemented & managed across all departments and teams
  • Have knowledge in best practices. Create and communicate recommendations for process integration, application development, deployment, support, data integrity & ongoing enhancements of the Salesforce Platform
  •  Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce changes and enhancements along with technical documentation
  • Develop custom classes, scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Document, maintain and update system-level customizations and training materials
  • Proactively uncover opportunities to improve and optimize processes and
  • interfaces on the Salesforce platform
  • Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and standard methodologies are maintained
  • Ability to troubleshoot and create quick solutions to resolve ERP or CRM integration issues

 

Required Skills

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in supporting software products to IT organizations
  • Master’s degree in Business, Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of programming languages such as C#, Java
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Meticulous organization and attention to detail
  • Experience responding to production support requests & troubleshooting issue
